Fitsteps for All Bodies is a dance fitness workout, suitable for anybody who loves to dance and wants to get fit!  Our new classes will be running weekly from Saturday 14th January at 10.15am and Tuesday 17th January at 1.15pm.  Please contact Linda to book your place!

 

We also offer Barre Pilates Method Classes – combines ballet barre exercises with Pilates & stretching, designed to lift, tighten and tone!
