On Pilates Sue says “my background as a Physiotherapist informs my work as a Pilates Teacher.  I believe that each discipline compliments the other, to give me a unique understanding of back & joint problems, and how to work with clients to help improve joint stability, and improve or resolve many associated orthopaedic symptoms.  I also find that Pilates Exercise is most valuable in helping clients with balance & neurological problems, as well as many other physical conditions”.

With a Masters degree in Exercise and Health behaviour Sue also has understanding of the physiological benefits of exercise and the psychological aspects of exercise behaviour and adherence.

“I absolutely love working at Fit4life as we have such a friendly, supportive and close-knit group of both staff & clients”.
