More than 370 people are now registered to attend Pilates classes at Fit4Life; we are not a membership style business, however over 50% of our clients have been enjoying their Pilates with us for more than 5 years! The approach we take to our business is not only to provide expert Pilates tuition, but to promote a community spirit in the classes. Friendships are made at Fit4Life; we promote well being through expert wellness seminars during the year, as well as involving the Fit4Life community in Fund Raising efforts, and not to forget our legendary Christmas Parties!

The greatest asset of Fit4Life is the knowledge and expertise of our Instructor Team; their experience has been gained over many years, and all members of the team continue to develop their Pilates knowledge in formal and informal training. Fit4Life promotes ongoing professional development for all instructors; the team can access the latest trends and research in Pilates to provide all of the Fit4Life client community with the best class experience possible!

    Fully equipped studio – mats, bands, chi balls, foam rollers, wobble boards, sliders, stability balls….you don’t need to bring a thing!

    Clean, bright, fully purpose designed 80 sq metre studio plus separate 1-1 small studio for private classes – all with designated car parking.

  • Multi-Level Classes

    With over 30 multi-level, general and specialist classes running per week, you’re bound to find one that’s suitable for you.

Our Studio specialises in Matwork Pilates classes. We have a team of 5 highly qualified and experienced Teachers who are dedicated to improving the health and wellness of all clients. We teach clinical Modern pilates which means we are able to modify any exercise for individual needs. Bookings are now open for September. Our full timetable is on our website
