Thank you for all that you and the Instructors are doing to help us all keep fit (& sane!) during lockdown.  We really appreciate it. You got up and running really quickly and now have a fantastic range of classes. It’s great to be able to do a class at a time to suit if we can’t make a “live” class.  Please thank all the instructors for us.

In the meantime, look after yourselves and we hope to be back with you in the studio in the not too distant future.
