Following my initial phone enquiry, Linda invited me along for a free taster session, in which, after I completed the personal details form, she assessed my ability/level and decided which group best suited me. Classes take place in the modern, well-lit, purpose-built upper floor studio, equipped with everything required for all activities and levels of ability.

Fit4life offers a variety of weekly classes. All the teachers are very helpful and easy to get on with and understand their clients’ needs very well. I’m impressed by their attention to members’ varied physical requirements, giving personal guidance and encouragement as we progress through the class, all with a touch of humour and they remember all our names!

I recently took advantage of more specific advice by booking a 1-1 session with Sue. The thoroughness of her assessment, both of medical history and a complete physical check was again impressive. Sue has suggested a personal plan to suit my needs, for use within class sessions and at home, and has advised me of other action I might take. I’m confident that this is helping to alleviate some painful mobility issues and improve my general posture and wellbeing.
