Hi Linda, Having read your October newsletter, I’m prompted to tell you how much the Thursday Pilates class has done for me. My posture has certainly improved (and even received a compliment from a stranger!) I’m more aware of body alignment, and consciously aim to move around more efficiently. My arthritic knees are much improved and more reliably mobile, surgery definitely off the menu, and my wrist strength is much better.
