As a healthcare practitioner, I believe that Pilates is extremely beneficial for muscle strength and posture. After a work-related neck injury 20 years ago, I have found Pilates to be the only activity to relieve my neck discomfort & spasm. Linda and her team are very knowledgeable, and the classes are relaxing and informative with each participant being encouraged to work at their own pace, building their skills step by step. I would not hesitate to recommend these classes – and have done so to family, friends and patients alike.
