Isn’t it great, not only do the team at Fit 4 Life look after our exercise needs, whatever our age or fitness level, they also look after our general well-being, literally, helping us to be fit for life. Last Tuesday I attended Sue’s lecture and discussion on women’s health around the menopausal time of our lives. It was absolutely great to have facts (and opinions) and individual experiences described, with practical advice on how to look after ourselves. Even if you think you are well informed, every woman should have access to this vital knowledge given in such a sympathetic and open-minded way. Thank you, Sue, this sort of discussion can change our lives for the better.
