Whilst playing golf I felt my back go into spasm, making any stroke I attempted very painful. I assumed that with a few stretches, and a hot bath the problem would be alleviated, sadly this was not so. It was with great trepidation that I went to Pilates with Linda the following morning.
Under careful instruction, I followed advice on what exercises I should do, how far I should push myself, and at the end of the session was pleased to say that the back pain was alleviated somewhat. Throughout the day, it became less and less. Pilates is the answer- now what was the question??!! Haven’t the time to answer, as I’m off to practice my golf!! Thanks Pilates, oh yes and Linda.
