In addition to the main 85 sq metre main studio, Fit4Life has a fully equipped one-to-one studio; which our Physiotherapist uses specifically for Assessments and Tailored Personal Pilates Programmes to meet your individual needs. These Programmes are based on one to one sessions and incorporate rehabilitation and clinical Pilates techniques and are suitable for post Op or post-injury recovery.
Fit4Life also promote variety within exercise, therefore we like to encourage our clients to participate in both aerobic and anaerobic classes; especially our Dance-based classes – Fitsteps and Fitsteps Fab! These classes are run on a PAYG (pay as you go) basis, with no booking required. Please see below for more information on each class.
