In addition to the Fit4Life main studio, we have a separate small studio room which provides Specialist 1:1 Pilates Programmes. This enables Fit4Life to support you with a Pilates based recovery programme specifically designed to address your individual needs. The majority of Fit4Lifes 1:1 programmes are led by Sue, who is a fully qualified and experienced Physiotherapist (Susan Wandless: MSc, BSc, Cert Ed, CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates, MCSP).
Typically, a programmes includes one to one session’s over several weeks and incorporates rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates techniques; we develop a personal plan for you and support you during recovery promising the utmost discretion. We’re passionate about correction, improvement & prevention at Fit4life and strive to improve the wellbeing of our clients.

Wellness Workshops and Women’s Health Evenings
During the year Fit4Life also present Knowledge Workshops, which aim to educate and inform our clients. A Knowledge Workshops focuses on specific issues and are hosted in a fun and relaxed environment – often with a few glasses of Prosecco and nibbles!
Popular topics are Osteoporosis, and Pelvic Floor.
We have previously partnered with Cherry Baker on a few occasions to deliver her well known “Uptight and Outta Sight” seminar, which educates both Men and Women of all ages on the importance of keeping their Pelvic Floor strong.
