Amy gained her level 3 Matwork Pilates qualification after joining the Fit4life team in 2020 to teach the Fitsteps Dancefit Programme. She trained as a dancer from a young age, always actively involved in High School productions and performing regularly with local operatic and dramatic societies; Amy graduated with a BA Hons Degree from Manchester University in Musical Theatre Professional Stage Practice and started her professional career performing as Snow White at Disneyland Paris, followed by roles across the UK and on cruise ships. In 2016 Amy became the Head of Operations for a South West based production company delivering entertainment to holiday resorts throughout the UK and overseas; she choreographed and delivered training to show teams nationwide.
After relocating back to Cheshire in 2020 with her husband, PJ, and young son Alfie, Amy turned her focus to choreographing and presenting Fitsteps Dancefit classes. She also began her Pilates Instructor training, and passed her instructor exams in April 2021.
