Timetable

Pilates Classes are priced at £10 each and a course of classes runs over 6 consecutive weeks; classes are paid for in advance as places are limited to 15 per class; this guarantees your place for the full 6 weeks of the course. “Class Swap” and “Catch Up” classes can be taken if your regular class is missed due to your holidays, illness and other commitments.
